We are all spiritual beings!

Regardless of what abilities or disabilities we may live with, we are all spirit. I firmly believe, and have seen in my consulting work, that everyone has the ability to connect with their spirit – the Divine within – and live a life of authentic joy. However, each person needs a spiritual practice that is tailored to her/him/them, that honors and supports how her/his/their mind and body work best. This is where I can help you.

As a person with a physical disability, I combine my lived experience of disability with my training in spirituality to serve as a spiritual consultant. Specifically, I teach inclusive spirituality, which is spirituality that is accessible to, and addresses the experiences of, the disability community.

My spiritual consulting is guided by the following principles:

Anyone, including everyone in the disability community, who authentically seeks to participate in spirituality can engage in, and benefit from, spiritual practices to live joyously and with the knowing that they are Love, and Loved, eternally.
Regardless of the presence or absence of any disability, everybody is made gloriously by the Divine.

Consulting Services For Individuals and Families

I teach spiritual principles to individuals regardless of disability status. During one-on-one consultations, clients with disabilities(including those with chronic illnesses, cognitive disabilities, intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory disabilities, those who are neurodivergent and those with disabilities that do not fit into these categories) learn how to apply spiritual principles to disability-specific situations and come to understand disability from a spiritual perspective. During our sessions, I learn about the needs and desires of my clients. After learning about my client, I create individualized spiritual practices tailored to each client’s goals, personal preferences and abilities. These highly customized practices provide each client with the opportunity to consistently, deliberately and effectively experience oneness with love, the Universe, the Divine.

When working with families who have a disabled family member, I help families determine the practice(s) that they want to engage in as a family and then teach the family how to modify the practice to be inclusive of every family member.

Through engaging in spiritual practices that are designed to meet their needs, individuals and families experience the blessings that come from embracing inclusive spirituality.

Consulting Services For Religious and Lay Leaders and Spiritual Teachers/Practitioners

I help religious and lay leaders in religious-based organizations and spiritual teachers/practitioners create curriculums, environments and programs that are fully inclusive of, and welcoming towards, those with disabilities. During consultations with clients, I learn about the structure, ethos and inner workings of the religious institution or spiritual teaching that my client is affiliated with and craft a customized “plan for inclusion” that enables my client fully embody the inclusivity of the Divine and infuse disability inclusion into every aspect of their work.
